Currently, we ship within the United States, with fulfillment centers located in Orlando, FL.However, international bulk shipping can be arranged upon request.

Once reviewed, our Customer Account Management Team will approve your account and send an activation email.

How long does account approval take?

Wholesale prices are visible only after login.Once your account is approved, you can view discounted prices and place bulk orders.

How are orders shipped?

We use trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS.Tracking information is automatically provided once your order is processed.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, HeavenPrime accepts ACH and wire transfers only for all wholesale orders.

We do not currently process credit or debit card payments.

After your order is confirmed, our team will provide secure wire or ACH payment instructions via email.

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. All products distributed by HeavenPrime are 100% authentic, sourced from authorized brand partners and trusted suppliers.

What is your estimated shipping time?

Our standard shipping time is 2–5 business days within the U.S.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on order size, stock availability, and location.

HeavenPrime issues a commercial invoice with every order.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation via UPS or FedEx. We ship nationwide across the United States. You also have a 6-hour window after placing an order to make changes before it moves into processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. HeavenPrime ships internationally to customers across North America, South America, and the European Union. International orders typically arrive within about one week.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect your order upon delivery and report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours to qualify for a replacement or refund.
