Order Cancellation Policy:
- Orders once placed cannot be canceled if they have been processed and payment is confirmed. Changes to order details (such as quantity, shipping address, etc.) are not allowed after 6 hours from the order placement to ensure efficient and accurate processing.

- Orders must be placed through bank deposit ACH/WIRE from registered business accounts only. Credit card payments and PayPal are not accepted. payment is required within 3 days of order confirmation. If payment receipt is not sent within this timeframe, the order will be canceled and customers will be required to place a new order.

Shipping Policies:
- Shipping must be conducted through UPS or FedEx. Other carriers are not accepted. Please inspect packages for any damage or discrepancies upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order to facilitate a prompt resolution.

- Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt for damaged or defective goods. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds to cover return shipping costs.
