How we source — and how you can verify it

Authorization and sourcing

HeavenPrime LLC holds direct written authorization for a number of the brands we distribute, and we produce that documentation for buyers on request. Across the wider range we operate as a distributor of genuine goods sourced through verified and traceable supply channels, backed by the same written authenticity guarantee. If you need authorization paperwork for a specific brand before you commit to an order, ask us and we will tell you exactly what we can provide for that line.

Every unit is batch-coded and traceable

We buy through verified supply channels and keep lot-level records on what we receive. Batch codes stay intact on the goods we ship, so you can check any unit against the manufacturer’s own batch checker before it reaches your shelf. We supply source documentation on request.

A written authenticity guarantee, not a slogan

Our guarantee is contractual: if any item we ship is ever proven not to be genuine, we refund that order in full. We do not deal in counterfeit, expired or repackaged goods, and we do not sell testers or damaged stock as retail units.

• 3. Place your order. Mixed pallets and split cases are available on most SKUs. Payment by ACH or wire.
• 4. Ships in 48 hours. In-stock items dispatch within two business days from Florida, with 2–5 day domestic transit.

Why are some brands on this list not on the website?

Our online storefront shows the fast-moving core of the range — the lines that reorder predictably and are worth maintaining product pages for. The full roster is quoted from a live price list, because availability moves lot by lot. If a brand appears on this list but has no product page, ask for it by name and we will confirm current availability, pack size and price.

Yes — HeavenPrime LLC is an authorized distributor for a number of the brands we carry, and we supply the written authorization documentation on request for those lines. Across the wider range we distribute genuine, batch-coded stock sourced through verified and traceable supply channels. Either way, every unit we ship is authentic and covered by our written authenticity guarantee, with a full refund if any item is ever proven otherwise. How do you guarantee the products are authentic?

We ship from Florida with 48-hour dispatch on in-stock items.

Do you offer mixed pallets or split cases?

Yes. Mixed pallets and split cases are available on most SKUs, which lets smaller retailers carry a broader brand range without holding full-case inventory in every line.

Do you carry Korean and Japanese beauty brands?

In-stock items dispatch within 48 hours from our Florida warehouse. Domestic transit is typically 2–5 business days depending on destination and service level. Larger pallet shipments are quoted per order.
