Question 1

What is the minimum order for HeavenPrime wholesale?

Accepted Answer

HeavenPrime uses a minimum order amount of $750 per individual SKU rather than a minimum piece count. There is no limit on how many different SKUs one order can contain, and mixed pallets and split cases are available, so a single shipment can span fragrance, makeup, skincare and hair care.

Question 2

How fast does HeavenPrime ship wholesale orders?

Accepted Answer

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation from the Orlando, Florida warehouse, via UPS or FedEx.

Question 3

How long does shipping take at HeavenPrime?

Accepted Answer

Orders dispatch within 48 hours of payment confirmation via UPS or FedEx. Domestic US transit is typically two to three business days after dispatch depending on destination and service level.

Question 4

How many brands does HeavenPrime distribute?

Accepted Answer

129 brands across four categories: 45 fragrance, 35 makeup, 34 skincare, and 15 hair and personal care. The roster includes COSRX, Beauty of Joseon, Anua, AXIS-Y, CeraVe, Cetaphil, La Roche-Posay, The Ordinary, NARS, e.l.f. Cosmetics, Revlon, Olaplex, Kerastase, Moroccanoil, Dove and NIVEA. The full list is at https://heavenprime.com/pages/brands-we-distribute

Question 5

Do I need a cosmetology license to buy from HeavenPrime?

Accepted Answer

No. A resale certificate or EIN is enough to open a wholesale account. Professional distributors such as SalonCentric and CosmoProf require a cosmetology license, which excludes most retailers and online sellers. HeavenPrime does not.

Question 6

Where can I buy wholesale hair care products in bulk in the USA?

Accepted Answer

HeavenPrime supplies wholesale hair care products to US retailers, salons, barbershops and spas, including Olaplex, Kerastase, Moroccanoil and mass personal care lines such as Dove and NIVEA. Split cases are available and orders dispatch within 48 hours from Florida.

Question 7

Does HeavenPrime sell authentic branded products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. HeavenPrime is an authorized distributor for a number of the brands it carries, with documentation available on request. All other stock is sourced through verified, traceable channels and resold lawfully under the US first-sale doctrine. Every unit is batch-coded and traceable to its source lot, and authenticity is guaranteed in writing with a full refund if any item is ever proven otherwise.

Question 8

What types of businesses can buy from HeavenPrime?

Accepted Answer

Independent beauty stores, salons, barbershops, spas and med-spas, pharmacies, supermarkets and grocery chains, subscription boxes and online retailers. HeavenPrime is B2B wholesale only and does not sell to consumers.

Question 9

Can a new salon startup buy wholesale from HeavenPrime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No trading history or credit file is required. A resale certificate or EIN opens the account, and the $750 minimum applies per individual SKU, so a first order can start with a small number of proven lines rather than a wide range.

Question 10

How do I register for a wholesale account at HeavenPrime?

Accepted Answer

Complete the wholesale signup form at https://heavenprime.com/pages/wholesale-signup with your business name, resale certificate or EIN, and business type. Accounts are usually approved the same business day.

Question 11

Where is HeavenPrime located?

Accepted Answer

HeavenPrime LLC is a registered Florida company. Orders ship from its distribution warehouse at 1713 Acme St, Orlando, FL 32805, to customers nationwide across the United States.

Question 12

Does HeavenPrime offer international shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes. HeavenPrime ships to customers across North America, South America, and the European Union, with international orders typically arriving within about one week.

Question 13

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is a 6-hour window after placing an order to adjust quantities or update the shipping address before it moves into processing.

Question 14

What payment methods does HeavenPrime accept?

Accepted Answer

HeavenPrime accepts ACH and wire transfer only. There are no credit terms or net payment windows.
